CLEANING CHECKLISTS

Two factors to consider are the current condition of the property and your budget.

• ​Property condition: If there are multiple areas with heavy build up on surfaces that require extra scrubbing or hand washing rather than simple dusting, then we recommend a 'Deep Clean.' This is usually for Spring Cleans, move in/move out cleaning or when it's been months since a cleaning.​

• Budget: If budget is a concern, then we recommend the 'General Clean' to focus on key areas that you need professionally cleaned. It will be cost-efficient and still make your space inviting.

Two factors to consider are your time and how often you want services.

• ​Do you have the time? If you are juggling many priorities between work, family and life with little time or energy to clean, then we recommend recurring services. ​​


• Budget: A regularly cleaned and sanitized space can help with overall wellness, spirit and productivity. If budget allows, most people request every 2-week service. Other options we offer are daily, weekly or every 4-week services to best match your needs.
